All the staff we dealt with when we needed our solar hot water system repaired were courteous and professional. James also looked for options to prevent the problem happening again.

We had a leaky hot water cylinder over the weekend. Rang Laser early Monday morning and a plumber was out in the afternoon to fix it. Did a great job and at a very reasonable price.

I didn’t know who to call so checked out the reviews and laser plumbing were up there .. I’m so glad I chose them as they were pleasant to deal with .. first impression from initial phone call was fab and then they followed through with a service quicker than I had hoped and capped off with great communication from the guy actually doing the job. They have a system that appears to work !! Well done
